Therapy for Anxiety

Treatment for anxiety delves into exploring the underlying roots of anxiety and learning to manage the discomfort surrounding the emotion.

Through therapy, you will continue to gain insight into your patterns, ways of relating to others, and ways of protecting yourself that may exacerbate anxiety. By bringing these unconscious processes into conscious awareness and understanding, our hope is to alleviate anxiety symptoms.

You will learn body-based coping strategies, relaxation techniques, and skills to manage anxiety symptoms effectively, which will promote a more balanced and resilient mind-body connection and long-term emotional healing and personal growth.

ADHD Management

Enhance focus and develop effective coping strategies.

Therapy for ADHD often involves a combination of approaches tailored to the individual's specific needs.

First, we help you develop strategies to manage impulsivity, improve organizational skills, and enhance focus and productivity.

Then, we focus on reinforcing positive behaviors and reducing negative ones through rewards and structured routines. Additionally, we provide psychoeducation to better understand the impact of ADHD symptoms on daily life, empowering individuals and families with knowledge to navigate challenges effectively.

Finally, therapy also addresses emotional regulation and social skills development, which aims to enhance the overall functioning and quality of your life.
